Olives and Olive Oil

The range of the Alce Nero Extra virgin olive oils: 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, made from olives grown in the protected Geographical

Indication and Protected Designation of Origin zones of southern Italy and PDO Terra di Bari obtained from the Ogliarola Barese and Coratina varieties, very fruity, with a slightly hot and bitter aftertaste.

Among those there are two monocultivars: Biancolilla Oil, smooth and aromatic, from the olives of the same name grown in south-west Sicily, and Frantoio Oil, fruity and a little spicy, from the olives of the same name of center Calabria. The range is completed by extra virgin olive oil from century-old olive trees, from Ogliarola Salentina olives, a delicious oil produced with the fruit of the olive trees of Puglia’s Monumental Olive Groves Community
