Alce Nero fruit spreads are full of fruit, made without pectin or added sugar. More then 100% of peaches, apricots, blueberries, strawberries, prunes, cherries, citrus, mixed berries and chestnuts makes 100 grams of compote. Only small amounts of grape juice and lemon juice are added to the ripe fruit. The vacuum production method requires low temperatures and very short time periods that leave the fruit’s taste, appearance and aroma intact.
