The traditional flavors of Italian honeys are collected by our beekeeping partners in the best-suited areas of Italy; the Alps for the chestnut and acacia honey and Sicily for the orange honey. They are carefully processed and packaged to maintain their natural qualities. After filtration, they are smoothed and put in jars without ever being heated above 40°C. The line is completed by fresh Italian royal jelly.
